  • resistant to alkaline and acidic media, oxidizing agents up to medium concentrations and polar solvents
  • temperature resistant up to 100°C

Application areas:

  • Combustion gas washing installations in power stations and waste incinerators
  • phosphoric acid plants
  • storage tanks
  • reaction vessels and pipelines

Bromobutyl rubber BIIR

  • very good chemical resistance
  • problem-free operation under vacuum load
  • resistant to nitric acid (up to 30%), acid mixtures and hypochlorite
  • temperature resistant up to a maximum of 125°C

Application areas:

  • flue gas inlets and in flue gas scrubbers
  • reaction and storage vessels with aggressive chemical load
  • chemical containers

Chlorosulfonated polyethylene CSM/PVC

  • resistant to alkaline, acidic and oxidizing media
  • temperature resistant up to a maximum of 80°C
  • is vulcanized in the autoclave
  • especially for use in transport tanks with varying loading loads

  • transport tanks with varying loads

Hard rubber coatings

Isoprene rubber IR

  • graphite filled
  • is vulcanized in the autoclave
  • temperature resistant up to a maximum of 125°C
  • also suitable as a coating on stainless steel
  • very high diffusion resistance

  • tube bundle heat exchanger
  • stainless steel components

Isoprene rubber IR

  • graphite filled
  • is vulcanized in the autoclave
  • temperature resistant up to 100°C

Polyisoprene/Styrol Butadiene Rubber IR/SBR

  • graphite filled
  • also vulcanizable on site by means of hot water or hot steam
